What goes into a Dynasty formula?
Every formulation is 100% vegan and cruelty-free, built on heritage botanicals such as Kakadu plum, hibiscus sabdariffa, white lupin seed and colloidal gold. Full INCI lists are printed on each back label and published on every product page — nothing is hidden behind a proprietary blend.
Are your ingredients non-toxic and fragrance-safe?
We formulate without parabens, sulphates, mineral oils, phthalates and synthetic dyes. Where an essential oil is used it is declared with its allergens, and each batch is patch-test reviewed. Ask the concierge about any single ingredient and she will read it back to you.
What makes the packaging green and non-toxic?
Vessels are infinitely recyclable post-consumer glass and aluminium, closures are FSC-certified wood or aluminium, and outer cartons are sugarcane-pulp and kraft board printed with soy inks. No plastic laminates, no PVC shrink bands. Our compliance page lists the heavy-metal, migration and compostability test notes per material.
When do October 2026 pre-orders ship?
Pre-orders open October 2026 and are charged only when your order is prepared. First dispatches begin December 2026, in reservation order, with tracked carbon-neutral shipping. You will receive a dispatch window by email in November 2026.
What is your returns policy?
Pre-orders may be cancelled in full, without charge, at any point before dispatch. After delivery you have 30 days to return an unopened item for a full refund, and if a formula does not agree with your skin we will refund an opened bottle within 30 days once you tell us why — the feedback shapes the next batch.
