These terms govern your use of the Dynasty Botanical Beauty website and any pre-order you place with us. By using this site or placing a pre-order reservation, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place a reservation.

Dynasty Botanical Beauty is a pre-launch botanical skincare house. Our products are scheduled to ship from December 2026, with pre-orders opening October 2026.

A pre-order is a reservation, not a completed sale. No payment is taken at the time of reservation unless we explicitly state otherwise at checkout.

We will contact you at the email address you provide when your reserved items are ready for payment and dispatch, expected from December 2026.

You may cancel or amend a reservation at any time before payment by contacting us through the Contact page. Reservations are not transferable.

Prices shown are in US dollars and include the product price only; any applicable taxes and shipping charges will be confirmed before payment.

We declare every ingredient in full INCI format on each product page and on the physical label. Product descriptions are provided in good faith but do not constitute medical advice.

Our preparations are cosmetic products. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Always patch-test a new product and consult a professional if you have a known allergy or skin condition.

Packaging photography on this site is illustrative; the finished vessels and cartons may differ slightly in tone or finish as we finalise production.

Orders ship from December 2026 in the order reservations were confirmed. Delivery estimates given at checkout are indicative and not guaranteed.

Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the address you provide. Please check your shipping address carefully; we are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly supplied address.

Unopened products in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

For hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective or not as described — in which case contact us within 14 days of delivery with photographs and we will replace or refund the item.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods or approving your claim.

Affiliates earn commission on referred, paid orders at the rate shown in their affiliate dashboard. Commissions on cancelled, refunded or fraudulent orders are void.

Referral attribution lasts 60 days from a visitor's first click of your referral link. Self-referrals do not earn commission.

Payouts are made on approved requests to the payment details you provide. We may withhold or reverse commissions where we reasonably suspect abuse, and may suspend affiliate accounts that breach these terms.

You agree not to misuse the site: no scraping at scale, no attempting to breach security or access another user's account or data, and no submitting false or misleading information through our forms.

Accounts used for abuse may be suspended without notice.

All content on this site — the Dynasty Botanical Beauty name, logo, label artwork, photography and text — is owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce it for commercial purposes without written permission.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted, our aggregate liability to you for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.

We may update these terms from time to time; the version published on this page applies to reservations placed after that date.
